Reba Nell McEntire is a Grammy Award winning American country music artist and actress. She is known for being the most successful female recording artist in country music during the 1980s and 1990s, and is among the best-selling country music performers of all time. Till date, she has released 26 studio albums, all being highly successful in the commercial market, along with 2 Holiday albums, 1 Live album, and several Compilation albums. Reba McEntire is famous for her pop-tinged ballads that include 24 No.1 hits. Some of her most popular tracks include ‘How Blue’, ‘Somebody Should Leave’, ‘Can’t Even Get the Blues’, and You’re the First Time I’ve Thought About Leaving’.

The Queen of Country started her music career at the tender age of 5. She began singing with her siblings on local radio shows and at rodeos. While doing a solo act at a rodeo in Oklahoma City, Reba McEntire caught the attention of country artist Red Steagall, who brought her to Nashville, Tennessee, where she eventually signed a contract with Mercury Records in 1975. She released her first solo album in 1977 and released five additional studio albums under the label until 1983, when she signed to MCA Nashville Records.
